What you will need:
- 1 ( 9 or 10 ounce) angel food cake torn into cubes
- 16 oz (2- 8oz packages) cream cheese softened
- 5 oz can evaporated milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (21oz) can blueberry pie filling
- 8 oz container whip topping
- Fresh strawberries sliced
Line the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish with the angel food cake cubes. In a mixing bowl combine the cream cheese, evaporated milk, sugar, and vanilla, mix well. Pour over the cake cubes and chill for 15 minutes. Pour the blueberry pie filling over cream cheese mixture and chill for another 15 minutes. Spread the whipped topping over layers and top with sliced strawberries. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
